Meet Eesha (EE-sh-AA)
Growing up, I always seemed to live in-between.
In-between cultures balancing my Indian and American identities, in-between academic paths shifting from an engineering classroom to the humanities, and in-between spaces finding meaning where people and systems collide. While these mixed experiences often left me lingering with more questions than answers about the world and my own identity, they also taught me to be comfortable with complexity and uncertainty, and to enjoy the process of exploring it, one day at a time.
As an Applied Anthropology major, I’ve carried this philosophy into all my endeavors. I spent the last four years studying human behavior and practicing ethnographic research techniques like interviewing, participant observation, focus groups, and thematic coding, among others. To support my goal of working in the UX field after graduating, I’ve been pursuing a Human-Centered design minor, self-studying design frameworks and tools, working as a contract designer for start-ups, and constantly immersing myself in this space through vibrant design communities like Kaikasen.
By hiring me, you won’t just have a designer.

You’ll get a researcher, a writer, a risk-taker, and most importantly, someone who can embrace uncertainty and use it to create something remarkable.
